October 2010 Meeting #1: BioDot San Francisco Workshop
A Practical, hands-on workshop on “Point of Care and Emerging Diagnostics” in San Francisco, October 11th – 13th 2010.
DCN is proudly co-sponsoring this BioDot Workshop and will be presenting a mini-seminar in association with Symbient Product Development, on the topic of:
Combining biology and engineering in the development of next generation rapid assay systems
Part 1: Critical considerations in the design and development of high sensitivity, quantitative lateral flow assay systems

DCN will also be hosting a practical demonstration of manufacturing methods for fluorescent, reader based assays, where workshop attendees will get hands-on experience with the equipment and processes for producing and reading fluorescent lateral flow assays.
