Custom Conjugation Services
DCN can create customized conjugates of virtually any small molecule or protein. Our conjugation chemists are highly experienced and will work with you to optimize the conjugate, not only for conjugation efficiency and stability, but also for performance in your assay system. Going a step further than many providers of such services, DCN can, at your request, optimize your complete conjugate pad system for best performance using conjugates that we produce for you, and perform functional QC of the conjugate in your assay.
We provide particulate conjugates based on colloidal gold, colored or fluorescent latex, and paramagnetic particles. We have validated a broad range of particles for use with specific assays, and will pair your protein with the best label for your assay, and match it with a reader if necessary. We are also experts in small molecule conjugation for use in competitive and other assay formats.
